Jorge C. Mayer is one of +MayerRemiro’s founding partners.
He graduated from the School of Law of Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), in 1996. In 2003, he earned his LL.M. with honors from the School of Law of Northwestern University (Chicago).
Before founding +MayerRemiro, he worked as an associate at Argentine law firm Marval, O´Farrell & Mairal, from 1998 through 2010.

Cecilia Remiro Valcárcel is one of +MayerRemiro’s founding partners.
She graduated with honors from the School of Law of Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, in 1995. In Argentina, she obtained her degree at Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA).
Before founding +MayerRemiro, she developed her career at Spanish law firm Uría Menéndez, where she started in Madrid, in 1997. In 2003, she became director of its Argentine subsidiary, until 2011.
She specializes in advising local and foreign companies and individuals on Corporate and Commercial law, M&A, Venture Capital, Project Finance, Energy and Resources, Administrative and Regulatory law, and Arbitration. She has led numerous and important national and international transactions, and is a Board member of the Argentine subsidiaries of a number of multinational companies.
Chambers & Partners Global has distinguished her as an expert in Argentina and Spain in Corporate/M&A, and Banking and Finance, from 2012 to date.

Alejandro Garcia Hervás specializes in advising multinational and local companies in labor and employment law.
His practice has focused on Labor and Social Security Law and he has specialized in providing advice to different types of businesses on labor law, be it mergers and acquisitions, employee transferal, restructuring of staff or termination agreements for key employees.
